Research On Risk Control Of Fixed Income Financial Project Of HZ State-owned Investment Company

In order to better improve the financial investment behavior of state-owned enterprises,enhance the scientific decision-making level of financial investment,further strengthen the prevention of financial investment risks,and ensure the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets,the government put forward the conference spirit of "preventing systemic financial risks" in the "Nineteenth National Congress Report" and the National Financial Work Conference.Provinces and municipalities have issued relevant policy guidance and constraints on strengthening the risk control of financial investment of state-owned enterprises.As an important part of state-owned enterprises,state-owned capital investment companies play an important role in the new round of reform of state-owned enterprises.The establishment and operation of state-owned capital investment companies are of great significance for improving the management system of state-owned capital,reducing the government's administrative interference in enterprises,and improving the liquidity of state-owned capital.Firstly,this paper expounds the realistic background,significance and current situation of financial investment risk management research at home and abroad,quotes relevant risk management theories,describes the characteristics of financial investment risk management,and then points out the related risks of fixed-income financial investment,and the environmental status of financial investment risk management and control of state-owned enterprises in China.Then,this paper focuses on HZ state-owned investment company's fixed-income.Classified analysis of financial investment business,detailed analysis of the risk characteristics and risk management methods of various types of fixed-income financial investment business of HZ company,summarized the shortcomings and reasons of risk management of HZ company at present,and finally found the root of the current problems of HZ company,and put forward some suggestions.
