Problems And Countermeasures Of Internet Financial Development In Rural Areas Of Heilongjiang Province

Under the background that "Internet +" initiative provides the foundation and direction for the transformation of China’s industry,the financial industry also presents a collaborative transformation,and the Internet has increasingly become one of the carriers to improve the level of financial services for the real economy.The development of agricultural Internet financial services has become an important part of the "rural revitalization strategy" since the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China.The research purpose of this paper is to improve the development level of rural Internet finance in heilongjiang province,promote the benign development of rural Internet finance in heilongjiang province,specifically improve the develo pment level of rural Internet finance,and improve the level of financial products benefiting farmers and going deep into rural areas in depth.The significance of the study is to try to improve the theoretical system of research and development and promotion of Internet financial products in rural areas,comprehensively improve the level of comprehensive development of rural Internet finance in heilongjiang province,and increase the financial supply for rural development in the province.Based on this,this paper USES the inductive and deductive methods,the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods and the literature research method,under the guidance of the information asymmetry theory and transaction cost theory,summarizes the status quo of rural Internet finance in the province,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the development of Internet finance in heilongjiang province.Through research,the heilongjiang province rural financial development of the Internet there is trouble,fo r the existing problems,we should improve the rural financial capital supply and demand balance,to set up the covering credit evaluation mechanism,enhancing the Internet in rural areas of financial products and rural community in particular,perfect supervision mechanism and to improve the recognition of farmers and so on,this paper attempts to enhance the level of financial development of the Internet in heilongjiang province and optimization in the province of the Internet financial operation system,improve the level of financial support for rural economic development.
