Research On Financing Problems Of Stock Right Crowd-funding Of B Commercial And Trading Company Limited

For a long time,SMEs in China have been facing difficulties in financing.Under the background of the country's policy of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,the relatively narrow financing channels of SMEs.With the further development of the Internet in the financial industry,crowdfunding has gradually become a new channel for financing enterprises,especially SMEs.As a new way of corporate financing,equity crowdfunding has the advantages of wide investment group,diversified projects and low thresholds,which improves the current situation of financing difficulties for SMEs and provides feasible conditions for the further development of SMEs.It is of epoch-making significance to build a multi-level capital market economy under the market economy.However,as this financing method is still in its infancy,there are still many problems that we cannot ignore,which require us to constantly explore and improve.Therefore,further research on equity crowdfunding methods is of theoretical and practical significance.This study selects SME B Trading Co.,Ltd.as an example.The company launched an entity crowdfunding financing project on the crowd-funding platform for everyone,and successfully launched three rounds of crowdfunding financing.There are certain successes and certain problems.We can see some problems existing in the current equity crowdfunding financing,aiming to further improve the company's Equity crowdfunding financing,trying to help B Trading Co.,Ltd.to comply with the "Internet + new era",but also out of financing difficulties.This study is divided into seven parts,the first part of the introduction and the second part of the concept and theory of equity crowdfunding,mainly introduces the research background,research significance,definition of the main concepts and the introduction of the theory related to this paper;the third part introduces B The basic situation of the Trading Co.,Ltd.and the status of the equity crowdfunding project;the fourth part analyzes the problems and causes of the equity financing of B Trading Co.,Ltd.;the fifth part proposes to further improve the equity crowdfunding financing.The sixth part concludes with a summary of the main points of this paper.
