In the past ten years,the volume of China's loan is growing rapidly under the influence of “4 trillion plan”.This has also led to the growth of shadow banking and high-risk credit business.At the same time,China's economy had always run at a high level to increased credit risk.Now,China is in the critical period of upgrading of industrial structure.If the credit risk outbreak,it will be a great blow to our national economy.The banking which as the pillar industry in the financial should undertake the important task of maintaining economic and social stability.The commercial bank which as the risk bearers need improve their core competitiveness to cope with the complex economic situation.The post-loan management which as one of the most importantly core competitiveness is of great significance to the prevention and control of credit risk.It also is instrumental in the improving of bank assets quality and keeping the sustainable development of business.According to the current credit risk cases,post-loan management is still the weak link of banking's risk system.So it need to be targeted research and improvement.At first,the paper introduces the situation of wenzhou construction bank's post-loan management,include organizational structure,work contents and work process.Because of their inadequate post-loan management,wenzhou construction Bank would be forced to absorb large losses,include decrease in the number of customers,difficulties in business development,increase in non-performing and deficit.The paper find some problem of wenzhou construction bank's post-loan management by comparing with other banks in wenzhou,include the concept of post-loan management is weak,risk function is decentralized,the number of risk manager is insufficient,risk solutions is single,internal check is ineffective.Then through analysis of the specific data,the paper find out the main reasons of these problems,include the management ignore post-loan management,defects in organizational structure,assessment and training system is imperfect,lack of effective post-loan management tools,etc.Finally,author interviews the relevant personnel of wenzhou banking and learns the advanced post-loan management experience of other domestic and foreign banks.Based on information asymmetry theory,internal control theory and comprehensive risk theory,the paper puts forward operable suggestions,such as optimizing the organizational structure of post-loan management,establishing an effective risk information monitoring system,strengthening the construction of post-loan management team,strengthening internal inspection and establishing a risk control platform by analysis and collection of relevant data.Based on the author's practical experience,this paper puts forward specific optimization suggestions.It can provide substantive help for wenzhou construction bank to improve its post-loan management level.It also is conducive to the credit business' s sustainable development.In addition,the paper's research is closely related to the credit risk management and financial system stability issues.The banking and regulatory departments are most concerned these question and hope to solve.The paper can provides some ideas for the research on this problem,and help maintaining the stable development of wenzhou economy.At last,this study enriches the sample of China's post-loan management research,and also provides reference for other commercial banks' post-loan management research.
