| Product Employee was a new group appeared with the Internet’s development,they are young,and have a strong work motivation,In order to get better career growth opportunity,they even willing to sacrifice short-term economic rewards,How to maintain the core product employee,create great products to Attaining Sustaining Competition Advantage has become a new challenge for human resources management.It has been found that the Career growth、organizational commitment has a negative effect on Turnover Intention on Knowledge Employees,and the mediating effect of organizational commitment is significant.And this research is try to construct a relationship model of Product Employee’s career growth,organizational commitment and turnover intention.To explore the mechanism between career growth,organizational commitment and turnover intention.This paper analyzes and reviews the literature of career growth,organizational commitment and turnover intention,and establishes the research relationship model and research hypothesis.Through the investigation of 253 Internet product employees,the structural equation model is used to analyze the data,Firstly,through the CFI analysis to verify the validity of the questionnaire,Next,To clarify the relationship between the independent variables and dependent variables,This paper try to construct the career growth and turnover’s relationship model,and then join the organizational commitment to build career growth,organizational commitment and turnover intention’s relationship model,and test the organizational commitment’s mediating effect.The study found that he progress of career goals,the development of professional ability,promotion and reward growth have a significant negative impact on the turnover intentions of Internet products employees,and Affective Commitment in the Internet product employee’s mediating effect is significant between career growth and turnover intention.And normative commitment’s mediating effect is significant between Promotion speed and turnover intention.Finally,according to the empirical analysis results of this study,some suggestions are put forward for the recruitment,performance,salary,training and corporate culture of human resource management,and further pointed out the prospects for future research about caeer growth. |
