| Under the background of "Internet+",the innovative business model of the logistics industry emerges in an endless stream,among which the Internet logistics platform model is the most representative and is developing rapidly.This type of enterprises is mostly based on the mobile Internet for data mining,integration of resources,improve operational efficiency for customers,explore ways to inject Internet genes such as Internet of Things,mobile Internet,smart transportation,cloud computing,and big data into the logistics industry to solve the increasingly complex Logistics needs.The technical characteristics of China’s road transport determine the market capacity,and it is dominated by small businesses or self-employed individuals.It presents many features such as resource decentralization and information obstruction.To solve this problem and improve the overall efficiency of the logistics industry,many logistics companies and internet companies have entered the "Internet + logistics" field since 2013 and built their own Internet logistics platforms.In the fierce homogenization competition,the enterprises survive and the fittest are eliminated.Enterprises with certain strengths are looking for value creation paths that meet their own characteristics.Value creation is the basic way to enhance core competitiveness.This article is based on the relevant literature research of value creation and Internet logistics platform model,discusses the value creation mechanism and model of Internet logistics platform.In the research,it was found that through information aggregation,the Internet logistics platform can achieve centralized and large-scale transactions,improve the efficiency and quality of information operations,establish better transaction coordination mechanisms.Establish an open and transparent trust mechanism through such means as secured transactions.To establish organizational relationships based on the principle of mutual benefit and complement each other and build their own value network.The platform-based business model can help it break through the boundaries between organizations to integrate multiple resources,optimize organizations,and innovate to provide customers with higher-value services.In addition,this paper establishes the value creation model of Internet logistics platform based on "knowledge-capability-resources",from these three levels,it combs out the 10 major influencing factors in the value creation of Internet logistics platform for value creation research.The case studies of Company A are typical examples to analyze the special business features(including the operation mode of light assets,the assumption of risk,the change of charging model,and the integration of automotive aftermarket),analyze the operation status,combine the questionnaire survey to collect the evaluation data of the value creation factors of Company A,and evaluate the influence degree of these factors in the value creation process of Company A through Analytic Hierarchy Process.Finally,the case of company A is a revelation and proposes company A and industry development suggestions.At the same time,it puts forward the expectation of this article and through the case studies of the A company’s Internet logistics platform,it provides reference for the operation and management of other Internet logistics platforms in China,and promotes the healthy development of the logistics industry through value creation. |
