Study On Internal Control Of Sales And Payment Collection Of ML Petroleum Machinery Manufacturing Company

Today,the competition between various subjects running in the market becomes increasingly fierce with the rapid development of the market economy.It is particularly important for companies to maintain their own high-speed and efficient operation in a highly competitive environment.The internal control system plays a vital role in corporate governance.It has become a measure of whether a company has an effective and scientific management ruler.Therefore,the internal control system of the sales business becomes the most important in the management.A good internal control system will be conducive to the improvement of the business efficiency,the reduction of the sales risk and the protection of the company's continuous operation.This article takes ML Company as the research object,and uses the basic theory of sales business and internal control to analyze the problems in the company.The analysis of ML' s current internal control operation was carried out by means of issue questionnaires,field investigation,inspection,inquiry and other related methods.This article will mainly sort out the whole operation process of ML' s sales business from five aspects.Based on the actual operation of the company,this paper aims to establish and improve the internal control system of ML' s sales business,which is the fundamental goal,to carry out the overall optimization design,and put forward the specific suggestions of each key link.Finally,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward to ensure that the suggestions are carried out smoothly and effectively.Through the improvement of the internal control system of ML Company' s sales business,we can jointly prevent and respond to the sales risks from the perspective of system and implementation to optimize the internal control system and improve the company system and management level.At last,I wish the paper could play a certain role for reference to the industry.
