Pests and diseases are the most important biological disasters in the production of vegetables, which have a direct impact on the quality and quantity of vegetables. As an advanced production mode in the development of agricultural production, facility agriculture has a form of operation that violates the laws of nature. The biggest factor restricting the advantage of facility agriculture is the problem of pests and diseases. This problem is common in the production of facilities in the facility agricultural producers. In the middle, due to the production environment of the greenhouse and the anti-season production methods, the difficulty of prevention and control has increased, and the facility agriculture itself has created suitable conditions for the survival of pests and diseases. The prevention and control of plant diseases and insect pests should be based on the protection of vegetable field ecology and economic benefits, improve farmers' application efficiency and safe drug application awareness, and control the use of chemical pesticides below the national minimum standards. The lack of bio-pesticide behavior in the facility vegetable growing area and the non-standard pesticide application behavior of the farmers have led to the risk of quality and safety of agricultural products, which is more common and difficult to change in a short time.In China,it is very common for facility agricultural producers to lack the correct understanding of pesticide application, excessive application of pesticides, application of highly toxic and high-residue pesticides, failure to follow the instructions for use,and inability to maintain timely maintenance of medical devices. The implementation of high-efficiency control means can replace the pest control effect of chemical agents, effectively reduce the resistance of pests and diseases, and ensure the quality and safety of vegetables. However, farmers have a high dependence on the control of pesticides. It is inevitable to use pesticides as the mainstay in the prevention and control of pests and diseases in agricultural production.According to the growth characteristics and cultivation requirements of the facility vegetables,at present,it is difficult for the farmers to make substantial changes by changing the pesticide application behavior and awareness of the farmers only by the top-down supervision of the government. It should be implemented at the micro-farm level. In all aspects of pesticide application, the choice of judgment before application is the most critical factor affecting the efficiency of application and the amount of application.During the investigation,it was found that farmers had a higher degree of control over the timing of application before applying the pesticide, and more often prevented the application of pesticides before the occurrence of pests and diseases. However, while the farmers are blindly pursuing production and income, they will ignore their other incorrect choice behaviors and consciousness.Especially in terms of what type of pesticide to choose, what type of medicine to choose, and how many doses of pesticide to use,the awareness and behavior of facility vegetable growers vary widely. This paper studies the influencing factors of pesticide application behavior, starting from the selection behavior before application, statistical analysis of the selection behavior, and then using the Bayesian classification model to analyze the key factors affecting the behavior. In order to achieve the above research objectives, this paper randomly samples and conducts field research on the producer groups in Shandong Shouguang,Zhangjiakou,Hebei, and Jiaxing,Zhejiang Province, where vegetable growers gather. The corresponding conclusions are drawn: experienced agricultural producers will consciously consider The normative nature of various selection behaviors is incorporated into the comprehensive management system;farmers' behaviors of not using highly high-residue pesticides are more common and vulnerable to risk factors, and it is of great practical significance to assess the risk of agricultural producers adopting highly high-residue pesticides..Among the many risk factors, the behavior of farmers not using high-toxicity and high-residue pesticides is the most affected by the external economic means of pesticide residue detection;the risk insurance has the highest probability of affecting the dosage of pesticides according to the instructions of the farmers, and the farmers choose advanced medicines. The probability of being affected by labor intensity and income sources is highest. Then put forward corresponding policy recommendations to ensure the safety of facility vegetable supply and improve the scientific, normative and rational nature of facility vegetable growers in the application of pesticides.
