In the era of knowledge economy,technological innovation capability is regarded as a ke>breakthrough point by many countries,and innovation capability can promote the economic and social development of a country.As one of the pillar industries of the national economy,the state attaches great importance to the innovation of the industry.In the "Made in China 2025",it is clearly stated that the pharmaceutical industry is one of the ten key development areas.The most important thing in improving the innovation ability of the pharmaceutical industry is to effectively exert the enthusiasm and creativity of talents.Human capital is the innovation pillar of pharmaceutical companies.Because the R&D activities of pharmaceutical companies have the characteristics of "high investment,long cycle,high risk",talents are in short supply and flow frequently,which has caused the competition and incentives of the entire pharmaceutical industry.In order to prevent passive status in development,enterprises have launched human capital incentive programs in recent years,stabilized management teams,attracted and retained outstanding talents,and enhanced their R&D and innovation capabilities.In order to improve the overall business performance of the company,enhance market competitiveness,based on long-term development of the company.Based on the principal-agent theory,human capital theory,multi-factor incentive theory and technological innovation theory,according to the current background of the pharmaceutical industry.Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceutical Co..Ltd.was selected as a case study.Combine the measures of financial incentives and non-financial incentives for Hengrui Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.;use qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to divide the R&D innovation activities of enterprises into three stages,from R&D investment.R&D innovation output and results transformation analysis The innovative effect of medicine;the comparative analysis method is used to analyze the status and advantages of Hengrui Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.in the industry;the solution to the problems existing in the human capital incentives of Hengrui Medicine is proposed,so that the pharmaceutical enterprises can effectively implement human capital.Incentives to enhance R&D and innovation capabilities.
