As China’s economic and social development has entered the new normal,traditional marketing in China’s pharmaceutical market is increasingly flagging,pharmaceutical enterprises to seek long-term development advantages in the changing market is much more difficult,therefore,pharmaceutical enterprise leaders have to review the situation and re-planning the enterprise strategy.In 2014,The pharmaceutical industry has ushered in the spring of development,the state food and drug supervision bureau issued "the Internet food and drug supervision and administration of business method(draft)" for public opinion,not only reduces the Internet drug trading limit,also standardizes the drug distribution enterprises system,guide the Internet drug development and perfection of the market,Pharmaceutical companies have begun to take the initiative to transformation into the Internet,they attempts to upgrade its industrial structure and marketing mode by relying on the Internet driven by the "Internet +" trend,since this year,"Internet + medicine" entered the hottest period.In this paper,Renhe Pharmaceutical co.,LTD.,a listed traditional pharmaceutical company with long experience,is also extending its industrial chain towards the Internet.However,Combined with the Internet is bound to face huge pressure,Renhe Pharmaceutical Company has continuously used the capital market to acquire a number of pharmaceutical companies,but due to the uncertainty of the development of Internet medicine,the capital market does not perform well,this trend is reflected in the profits of Renhe Pharmaceutical Company,which is related to the initial transformation strategy of Renhe Pharmaceutical Company,therefore,the purpose of this paper is to explore the continuous m&a events of Renhe Pharmaceutical Company performance and the influence of "Internet + medicine" transformation in the midst of promote(or obstruct).The first chapter of this paper mainly describes the research background and significance.The second chapter reviews the changes and overall development status of "Internet +" policies and systems from the perspective of industries and enterprises,and discusses the relevant background of mergers and acquisitions of pharmaceutical enterprises.The third chapter is the case introduction,which elaborates on the whole process of Renhe Pharmaceutical Company’s continuous m&a,the motivation of m&aand the difficulties faced by Renhe Pharmaceutical Company in the m&a process.Fourth chapter and the fifth chapter is case analysis part,the former from two aspects of market performance and financial performance measure Renhe Pharmaceutical Company continuous m&a performance as a result,the latter according to the result of this,the theoretical analysis of the affecting factors,It was found that the main reasons for the poor efficiency of Renhe Pharmaceutical Company’s continuous mergers and acquisitions were the overall depression of the pharmaceutical industry,the poor performance of the acquired subsidiaries,the difficulty in cultivating mainstream customer groups,the frequent occurrence of drug quality problems,and the weak ability of product research and development,and product research and development ability is weak.Chapter 6 made a summary in view of the above analysis.The results of this paper show that the development prospect of “Internet +Medicine” is still broad.Although Renhe Pharmaceutical Company has the advantages and value of continuous mergers and acquisitions,its “Internet +”transformation strategy still has risks.Therefore,Renhe Pharmaceutical Company and other company which on the transformation of the way must pay attention to the resources integration and risk prevention,at the same time to abandon the bad mergers and acquisitions,enhance research and development business,so that we can take advantage of the "Internet +" platform to develop towards corporate health.believe that "Internet + medicine" have broad prospects for development,Renhe Pharmaceutical Company continuous m&a has its advantage and value,but "Internet+" is still a risk of transformation,finally,suggested Renhe Pharmaceutical Company and other company which on the transformation of the way must pay attention to the resources integration and risk prevention,at the same time to abandon the bad mergers and acquisitions,enhance research and development business,finally with the help of a “Internet +" platform advantages in the direction of enterprise health development.
