With the increase of per capita disposable income,people's awareness of insurance has been greatly improved,and the enthusiasm of the public to buy insurance is increasing,which lead the insurance industry developed rapidly.However,in the process of development,the insurance industry still has a large claim risk,which affects the benefits of insurance companies and even the healthy development of the entire insurance industry.This paper assumes that this risk is largely related to customer characteristics.Therefore,through empirical analysis of insurance market data,we can determine whether customer characteristics will affect insurance claims,and then screen out the key customer characteristics that affect the claim risk of life-long critical illness insurance,so as to reduce claim risk and promote the development of life-long critical illness insurance and the entire insurance industry.In this paper,taking 1200 pieces of valid life-long critical illness insurance claim data obtained from A insurance company as an example,the customer characteristic factors of life-long critical illness insurance claim risk are analyzed and predicted by using literature analysis,theoretical analysis and empirical analysis.The key part of this paper,namely the construction of Logistic model,this paper makes use of 1200 resolution data,the overall sample consistent proportion of randomly selected 1050 as the model of constructing data,150 as a predictive validation data,customer characteristics this paper focuses on the influence of life critical illness insurance claims risk The empirical analysis,in order to screen the key factors that affect customer lifetime risk of serious illness insurance claims,at the same time in order to further verify the importance of these factors to predict risk,use Logistic model to build the good for the prediction of 150 copies of the data,in order to test the prediction accuracy.Finally,in order to reduce the lifetime of serious illness insurance claims risk,based on the conclusions of the model oriented and put forward relevant suggestions and measures.Through the study,we find that from a theoretical point of view,gender,age,marriage,height,weight,annual income,annual income for wages and other basic customer information,as well as basic premiums,years of payment,standard insurance amount,whether annual payment and other customer insurance will affect the risk of life-long major diseases insurance claims.The empirical analysis results show that gender,height,basic insurance has a significant negative impact on whether to settle claims;age,years of payment^standard premium has a significant positive impact on whether to settle claims;weight,income has no significant impact on whether to settle claims.The forecasting data are substituted into the model,and the forecasting results are compared with the actual results.It is found that the forecasting effect of the model is better.Therefore,in order to reduce the risk of life-long major disease insurance claims,insurance companies need to do a good job in the marketing process of customer segmentation,with six significant characteristics of the customer with special attention.
