Study On Financial Effect Of Asset Securitization Of S Leasing Company

Since the debt ownership of financial leasing is clear and easy to securitize,since the restart of corporate asset securitization in 2014,the asset securitization products of financial leasing industry have been developing rapidly and have been in the top three positions in the issuance of asset securitization.However,due to the rising market interest rate,strengthened financial regulation and frequent disclosure of debt defaults by lessees,the issuance scale and quantity of securitization of financial leasing assets has significantly shrunk,which is very unfavorable for the capital-intensive led financial leasing enterprises.In order to better stimulate the financial leasing enterprises to continuously issue high-quality securitization products and clarify the financial effect of securitization on financial leasing enterprises.Therefore,this article selects the issued since 2015 has 13 asset securitization product S financing lease company as a case for financial effect analysis,through the analysis of financial indicators,financial risk analysis and cost effect analysis on asset securitization to the financing lease enterprise to bring the positive effect of and through the analysis of typical cases,give reference to other financing lease business.The main structure of this paper is divided into four parts.The first part explains the theory of leasing asset securitization and financial effect.The second part illustrates the feasibility analysis of the development of China's financial leasing industry and the securitization market of leasing assets by the general situation of the development of leasing assets securitization.The third part is case analysis,in order to release the 13 S asset securitization product leasing company as an example,based on the detailed analysis of its financial statements,financial ratios of specific analysis,it is concluded that S leasing company after the implementation of asset securitization,the company's financial indicators to good,financial risk is reduced,and the conclusion of the decrease in financial cost,showed the asset securitization to S financing lease enterprise has positive financial effects;In the fourth part of this paper,based on the experience of the process and financial effect of the securitization of leased assets implemented by S leasing co.,LTD.,it is pointed out that optimizing the underlying assets,improving credit enhancement and giving full play to the role of underwriters can effectively optimize the financial effect of the securitization of financial leasing companies.
