Research On Financial Problems Of W County City Construction Investment Development Company

The urbanization process in China is accelerating,and the demand for infrastructure construction is also increasing.Due to rapid development,the amount of funds required for project construction is too large,and local finance alone cannot fill the huge gap in construction funds.In order to meet the financing needs of infrastructure,the government has successively established a government financing platform based on urban investment companies.The local government financing platforms at all levels bear the heavy responsibility of financing infrastructure construction and play a very important role in promoting the development of urbanization in China.However,due to the short establishment time of the financing platform and the lack of a sound management mechanism,the financing platform companies are currently facing many problems.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to find out the financing problems of the current financing platform and pro'vide reasonable solutions for its sustainable development.This paper expounds the research history and current situation of infrastructure project financing at home and abroad,introduces some local government financing platforms and financing related theories,as well as the financing experience of financing platforms in more developed regions in China,laying a good foundation for the case analysis in the following.When I consulted the relevant materials,I found that there are more scholars in the domestic research on the construction and operation of the platform,and there are fewer financing problems in the analysis platform companies.Among them,there are fewer research platforms for county-level governments.The innovation of this paper is to analyze the problem of the special case financing of the county-level government financing platform W County City Construction Investment Development Company.,and put forward suggestions on the existing financing problems of W County City Investment Company,how to solve the local government in the future.The similar financing problem of the financing platform has practical significance and enriched the research on financing platform financing.This paper takes W County City Construction Investment Development Company as the main research case,introduces the current situation of the company and the policy environment,analyzes the current situation of corporate financing,and discusses its financing issues.As a local government financing platform,W County City Investment Company has developed rapidly under the support of the government.However,due to the constraints of the external financing environment and its own conditions,there are some problems in its current financing,such as narrow financing channels and low credit rating.,low degree of marketization and lack of financing planning.Finally,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the financing of W County City Investment Company:First,it cooperates extensively with external financial institutions to develop financing ideas and explore diversified financing channels.Second,standardize company information disclosure,ensure the authenticity of the company's financial information,regularly disclose the company's operating results and related information to the outside world,improve the credit rating,and prepare the company for other financing channels in the future.Third,strengthen market operations and improve the company's management mechanism.Recruit employees in the society,make employees go to administrative,improve the company's ability to make decisions,and ultimately achieve market-oriented operations.Fourth,W County City Investment Company also needs to improve the management personnel's understanding of the importance of financing planning,improve the professional ability of financial personnel,and formulate financing plans that can cooperate with the company's business development plan.The company can also hire an external professional financing team to further improve the scientific nature of its financing planning.
