Entering the 21 st century, environmental protection has become the focus of attention. With the progress of society, people put forward higher requirements for the quality of life, hoping that "the sky is bluer, the trees are greener, the water is clearer and the city is more beautiful" will become the common aspiration of people.Ganjie Li,Minister of Environmental Protection, emphasized in the National Conference on Environmental Protection in 2018 that under the guidance of Jinping Xi new era socialism with Chinese characteristics, the spirit of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China should be carried out,the key battle for pollution prevention and control should be firmly fought, the quality of the ecological environment should be continuously improved, and the needs of the people's growing beautiful ecological environment should be met.In order to adapt to the development of the times, enterprises should not only consider the economic benefits, but also properly deal with environmental and social problems to achieve the integration of environmental, economic and social performance of sustainable development,so as to maximize the efficiency of resource use and minimize the negative effects of environmental pollution.Through reading domestic and foreign literature, this paper systematically analyzed the research on green supplier selection, which mainly includes two aspects: green supplier evaluation index system and evaluation method. The evaluation indicators are mainly analyzed from multiple levels, and the green standard is added to the traditional supplier evaluation. With the addition of green standards, the evaluation of suppliers is more complex.A single evaluation method may not meet the needs of enterprises.Scholars often use mixed methods to help enterprises choose suitable suppliers. However, most of the existing studies use simplified methods or hesitant fuzzy numbers to evaluate green standards, which can not accurately depict the evaluation value of qualitative indicators, which may lead to Lack of information. In order to reduce the loss of original information,a hybrid multi-attribute group decision-making method is proposed in this paper. This method mainly chooses the appropriate data type to describe the evaluation value of the index according to the nature of the evaluation index system, and uses TOPSIS to determine the attribute weight. It does not need to transform different types of evaluation information.Compared with the existing research results, which only use single data type or multiple data types, but convert them into unified data type when evaluating green suppliers,it can be seen that the hybrid multi-attribute group decision-making method proposed in this paper accurately depicts the evaluation value of green suppliers indicators on the one hand, and on the other hand, reduces the evaluation value of green suppliers in the process of evaluating green suppliers. The lack of original information can improve the accuracy of decision-making.Finally,the proposed hybrid multi-attribute group decision-making method is used to evaluate and select the candidate suppliers of Company A.By comparing with the actual selection of the candidate suppliers of Company A,the effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated.
