To build a well-off society in an all-round way and to achieve accurate poverty alleviation,it is necessary to improve the economic development of rural areas.The development of rural areas is bound to depend on the three elements of manpower,land and capital.However,in rural areas,human resources and land resources are very abundant.Capital is the main factor restricting rural development,and the lack of capital limits the development of rural areas.Promoting rural micro-credit is an effective means to solve the problem.The 19 th CPC National Congress proposed that we should innovate the products and models of industrial poverty alleviation and credit,establish and improve the linkage mechanism and support policy between financial support for industrial development and driving poor households out of poverty.Support poverty-stricken areas in the development of special types of agricultural insurance,and carry out poverty alleviation Small loan guarantee insurance and other business.Poverty alleviation credit,which has relatively small loan limit,short term and unsecured guarantee,satisfies the loan requirements of rural groups,increases the input of farmers' agricultural production factors,and thus raises the level of income.It has promoted the development of rural economy.But in fact,agricultural production is weak,easy to be affected by natural disasters or unexpected circumstances,will cause loans can not be returned,easy to form bad loans,banks are facing loan risk,farmers to form loans difficult problems.At this point,there is an urgent need for insurance as a guarantee function to disperse bank risks,increase the supply of credit,and solve the problem of farmers' loan difficulties.And achieves the bank,the insurance company,the farmer tripartite win-win goal.Therefore,based on the theoretical research of microcredit insurance,this paper takes T insurance company as the research object,through the in-depth communication with the relevant business personnel of the insurance company,to understand the current situation of microcredit insurance.This paper discusses the problems faced by T insurance companies in the promotion of microcredit insurance.It is found that the insurance products of T insurance company have the problems of small coverage and unreasonable premium design.The sales mechanism of microcredit insurance is not perfect,and the development of microcredit insurance is restricted due to the lack of marketing.In addition,the cooperation between banks and insurance is loose,the level is low and the resource sharing has not been realized,which constitutes the promotion process of microcredit insurance.Some of the questions.Finally,combined with the international and domestic experience,the author puts forward reasonable and scientific suggestions for the promotion of the micro-credit insurance business of T insurance company: perfecting the contract,implementing the differential rate,sharing the losses between the credit institutions and the insurance companies;Improve the awareness of purchasing microcredit insurance;innovate sales channels;expand the scope of protection.At the same time,it also provides reference for other insurance companies to promote the development of microcredit insurance.
