Study On The Development Strategy Of Food Grain Cold Chain Logistics In China

With the increasing improvement of science and technology and the improvement of people’s living standards,fresh food gradually enters into people’s lives.However,fresh products often have perishable attributes at room temperature and are not easy to preserve for a long time.In order to ensure the safe delivery of fresh products to consumers,the logistics of fresh products needs cold chain transportation.But at present,the research on the development of cold chain logistics in our country starts late,and there will be many problems.Therefore,the development and improvement of cold chain logistics has great significance for the development of food industry cluster and cold chain logistics industry.Therefore,this paper has important theoretical significance and practical value to study the development countermeasures of cold chain logistics in food industry cluster.In this paper,China’s food grain as the main body of research,focusing on the analysis of the existing state of cold chain logistics development.At the same time,it collects and consults the information about the development of cold chain logistics,carries on the form of questionnaire investigation,summarizes the development of cold chain logistics,refers to the summary of relevant research,and carries on the cross-study of the theory of cold chain logistics and the food industry cluster of economic concepts,mainly including field survey,questionnaire survey,literature review,expert discussion,analytic hierarchy process(AHP),etc.The restrictive factors of the development of cold chain logistics in food industry cluster are analyzed and compared,and the best optimization suggestions are put forward.Firstly,the significance of cold chain logistics and food industry cluster is summarized by literature survey and expert discussion,and the next step is started Secondly,based on the research of experts and scholars,combined with the actual situation,the first,second and third influencing factors of the development of cold chain logistics in food industry cluster are found out.178 samples are collected through field questionnaires.Based on the sample data,the factors affecting the development of cold chain logistics in food industry cluster are verified by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).According to the results of weight analysis,the most important factors are found out Finally,on the basis of analytic hierarchy process,this paper puts forward five specific optimization paths for the development of cold chain logistics in food industry cluster from five aspects:cold chain logistics informationization platform construction,logistics infrastructure construction,cold chain logistics policy and legal supervision,cold chain science and technology personnel training and mass cold chain consumption awareness,in order to establish a good cold chain logistics system of industrial cluster and food industry in the future.The development of cluster cold chain logistics provides a reference.
