With the development of our economy in recent years,the scale of enterprises has been expanding,a increasing number of large enterprises and large groups with strong operating\and high profit profiles have emerged.Fund is described as a company’s blood.Comparing with large foreign enterprises,Chinese large state-owned enterprises have more room to develope in many aspects,such as strategic planning,sustainable development,comprehensive capacity of enterprises,and refined management of enterprises,in the area of centralized management of funds for many enterprises,the management level of cannot keep up with their own development pace,therefore leading to many problems:such as insufficient funds,inefficient use,and fund turnover.As the companies grow,in order to solve the problems above,enterprise managers are continuously exploring new ways to achieve the optimal allocation of capital resources,realize the goal of enterprise development with maximum benefits,and enhance core competitiveness.Large state-owned enterprises in China are increasingly focusing on fund m anagement.The target of this research is M company.The research will use a variety of methods to analyze M company’s Fund Management methods.Based on the comparnson of the centralized fund management model,by combining the company’s situation,starting from the actual situation,and taking the existing problems as an entry point,the research provides improvement’of capital centralized management to M company.There are six chapters in the paper.The first chapter is an introduction,which introduces the research purpose,importance,methods and innovation.The second part compares the model of centralized management of funds.Firstly,the basic theory of fund centralized management,and then the analysis and comparison of centralized fund management model from three aspects:organization setting,management method and centralization degree.The third part analyzes the current situation of M company’s fund management,first introduces M company’s industry,and then briefly introduces the company’s organizational structure,corporate governance and business situation.Then following introducing the current situation from account,budget,fund.raising,overall planning and internal control.The fourth part analyzes the problem of M’s centralized management of capital and the reasons for its formation.The fifth part raised the improvement of the centralized management of M company’s funds with the financial center as the organization,the pool of funds as the method,the fund adjustment and the limit management as the centralized method.The sixth part is the conclusion,expecation and limitation of this thesis.The research on the M company’s centralized fund management model can make suggestions for improving and optimizing the current fapital management model of the company,and for how the management can solve the fund management problem during the transformation process of the group company under the current economic situation.The theoretical and practical significance of this paper is to improve the core competence of the group and help the group realize the centralized management of fund.
