Research On Import Logistics And Supervision Of Imported Cross-border E-commerce Of China Under New Retail

With the continuous escalation of domestic consumption,pure e-commerce will be eliminated.In the future,it will be the development model of online and offline integration,that is,new retail.Under this background,The space for e-commerce development will be bigger and bigger.Especially in the field of cross-border e-commerce,due to the increasing demand for high-quality overseas goods,imported cross-border e-commerce has developed rapidly,and the scale of cross-border merchandise imports has continued to expand.The problem that arises is how to cross borders.Logistics distribution and more effective supervision have become an urgent problem to be solved.As China's imports of cross-border e-commerce start relatively late relative to developed countries,the development of cross-border logistics and cross-border e-commerce supervision is not very mature.It is of great practical significance to study how to promote its healthy development.The article is based on the current status of China's imports of cross-border e-commerce,analyzes the development data of callers in recent years,and combines specific cases to effectively analyze the potential of imported cross-border e-commerce.We also compared some of the advanced foreign policy systems with the domestic innovation system for importing cross-border e-commerce,and found China' s lack of policies and systems.The study finds that cross-border logistics in China currently has the problems of imperfect infrastructure,asymmetric information,high logistics costs,and poor timeliness.In terms of supervision,there are problems with the regulatory nature of commodities,high regulatory costs,and smuggling and tax leakage.The problem has seriously affected the further development of imported cross-border e-commerce.However,China's imports of cross-border e-commerce have a large market space and have great potential for development.There is an urgent need for effective methods to promote its healthy development.Based on the above analysis,the structure of the article is as follows:First,the current status of the development of cross-border e-commerce under the new retail is introduced,and the development of imported cross-border e-commerce in China is analyzed.After that,it compares and analyzes cross-border e-commerce logistics models,analyzes the development of cross-border logistics through quantitative data and actual cases,and finds problems in its development.Secondly,it compares and analyzes the modes of import cross-border e-commerce supervision,analyzes the current regulatory policies,compares them with the policies of developed countries,and finds the defects and deficiencies of imported cross-border e-commerce supervision.Finally,through the above analysis,the main issues of cross-border logistics and supervision are drawn,and specific countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,and the articles are summarize.
