In China's securities market,securities companies are at the core of financial intermediaries.They not only compete for commercial interests but also talents.Faced by an ever competitive securities market environment,a sophisticated marketing team is needed.So,big and economically viable securities companies have to work on strategies to motivate securities salesmen.Salesmen of securities companies should be talents with professional skills,young,knowing cutting edge knowledge fast learning and team-spirited.However,at present,employees of securities companies,especially salesmen are highly mobile,and not that professional.Emolument systems for salesmen designed by securities companies are not rational.Evaluation systems for salesmen are inchoate,and they are in dire need of scientific training.All problems illustrated above will affect the smooth development of securities companies and they are adverse to the expansion of business.So,analyzing the status quo of securities companies,finding the reasons and coming up with executable strategies will be conducive to the development of securities companies.As a renowned comprehensive company in the region,Z securities company is operating under scale management and its human resource management is relatively sound.Z securities company can plan its employees' careers scientifically according to their own demands and capacities and it can motivate its employees from all aspects,so their all potential can be brought into full play.Compared with other securities companies,Z securities company is still at its fledging stage,and problems do exist.There are many reasons for these problems,like employees themselves,management,the overall market environment and the location.Objective and subjective factors of the Z securities company jointly contribute to the problems of company's motivation mechanism.This thesis will take Z securities company as an example to analyze motivation related issues in human resource management by using theories of that field.,By analyzing basic information like the age,sex,education,major of Z securities company' s salesmen,investigating satisfaction rate of its employees,the ratio of values created by employees to company's motivation skills,many problems are found in Z securities company's motivation skills.The emolument system of salesmen is not reasonable,the entire evaluation system of employees is not scientific,motivation skills are drab,brain drain problem is acute.At the same time we need to find the causes and learn from other successful securities companies,summarize motivation policies for salesmen that befitting Z securities company,attract specialized talents according to Z securities company's own needs,improve its company culture,and its employees' loyalty,enact fair and reasonable emolument system and evaluation system,improve training mechanism by organizing training activities according to employees' own needs,and mobilize their enthusiasm from all angles.
