Research On The Financing Problem Of Peasant Cooperatives In Mudanjiang

Farmers' cooperatives is an organic part in the development of agricultural industrialization,the development of agricultural economy in our country has an important position,the role of rural cooperatives is scattered farmers,with a professional way,increase the farmers' overall income,through the effective organization and management system construction,meet the agriculture from production to processing and sales of the chain,for the service made great contributions to modern agriculture.However,the shortage of funds in China's farmers cooperatives has been restricting the development of farmers cooperatives.Even if the state puts forward specific policies and guidelines,the financing problem of farmer cooperatives is difficult to solve.In the first half of 2017,the number of farmers' cooperatives in mudanjiang grew to 4,486,up 22.8 percent year-on-year.However,the problem of financing is also the main factor that puzzles the development of mudanjiang farmers cooperatives.Therefore,based on the summary of domestic and foreign research literature and related theories,this paper takes mudanjiang farmers cooperative as the research object and summarizes its development process and mode.From the perspective of supply and demand,this paper analyzes the financing status of mudanjiang farmers' cooperative,summarizes the existing problems in financing,and analyzes the causes of the problems.On this basis,141 farmers' cooperatives in mudanjiang city were randomly selected from the questionnaire for field investigation.The operation status of the farmers' cooperatives in mudanjiang city was analyzed in a descriptive manner.Based on principal component analysis(pca),the factors affecting the financing of farmers' cooperatives in mudanjiang city were summarized as assets factor,management factor,credit factor and managerial ability factor.The variance contribution rate of each factor was 24.799%,14.106%,12.820% and 9.687%,respectively.Finally,in view of the existing problems and influencing factors of mudanjiang farmers' cooperative,the paper gives the countermeasures for the positive development of mudanjiang farmers' cooperative financing from four aspects: strengthening the support of policies,improving the rural financial environment,strengthening the management of financial institutions and enhancing the management ability of the cooperative itself.
