Study On The Influencing Factors Of Enterprises Entering Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance

After entering the 20 th century,with the rapid development of science and technology,scientific research institutions,enterprises or colleges and universities in the field of science and technology want to maintain a high level and cutting edge of scientific and technological innovation on their own are difficult,so full of purposeful cooperation has become the most effective means to achieve the goal of them.Industry technology innovation strategic alliance is the effective integration of three subjects of scientific research institutions,universities and enterprises,and the transformation of scientific research work and achievements among three subjects through the replacement of superior resources,and grabbing rapidly of market in the shortest time,benefit and risk sharing.By the end of 2016,Heilongjiang province had established50 industry technology innovation strategic alliances around the dominant resources in the province,including 5 national alliances.The 19 th national congress of the communist party of China major decision-making deployments on "Establishing a technological innovation system with enterprise as the main body,market orientation and deep integration of production,research and development" solemnly point out the main position of enterprises in the alliance species.Enterprises are the executor of the scientific and technological achievements transformation,and the implementer who make the cost investment of the three major subjects get the greatest degree of benefit.If the alliance unit can attract the right enterprise into the alliance,it is equivalent to plugging in the wings for the overall development of the alliance.And enterprises into the fit alliance units can bring strategic guidance,scientific and technological breakthroughs and other interests for enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance for enterprises and alliance units if enterprises enter the alliance scientifically and rationally.The movement of members is conducive to the sustainable development of the alliance,and the alliances that have not yet been formed are bound to have enterprises entering.Therefore,through the classification of enterprises into the alliance and the analysis of influencing factors,fully analyzing the enterprise's entry into the alliance behavior and clarifying the demands of both sides,for the enterprises that have not entered the alliance or the non-established alliances which can provide references for the mutual choice between the enterprise and the alliance unit.For enterprises that have entered the alliance and established alliances,it is helpful to avoid conflicts between enterprises and alliance units in the process of cooperation,coordinating the relationship between members,enhancing the innovation performance of the alliance,and making the overall operation of the alliance more efficient and harmonious.In this paper,five representative state-level industry technology innovation strategic alliances in Heilongjiang province as the research object.First of all,elaborated the industry technology innovation strategic alliances and other related concepts and basic theories.Secondly,through field survey to know the basic operating status and development status of five alliances,from three angles of government,enterprises and alliance units putting forward the problems of enterprise entering into the alliance.Thirdly,making three-dimensional classification of enterprises entering the alliance,and motivation analysis one by one.Then,extracting the impact factors of enterprises into the alliance from the theory.Through multiple regression analysis of the questionnaire in the existence of three types of enterprises into the alliance type of empirical analysis.Finally,synthesizing the existing problems and empirical analysis results put forward the enterprises entering the alliance optimization countermeasures,for other enterprises to enter the alliance to provide references.The main conclusions reached in this paper are as:(1)From the enterprise scale,the time of enterprise entering alliance and the way of enterprise entering alliance time three dimensions to classify the enterprise into the alliance,theoretically obtains eight kinds of enterprises enter the alliance type,and the motive is different.(2)Through empirical analysis,it is obviously that for the three types of enterprises entering the alliance which existed a lot in the national alliance of Heilongjiang province,There are differences in the influencing factors of different types of enterprises entering the alliance.Among them,the complementary advantage resources,transaction cost,knowledge cooperation and sharing level among members,income distribution ratio,government subsidy and alliance development prospect all have positive influence on three types of enterprises entering the alliance.(3)For alliance unit,enterprise and government,they can take measures to optimize the rationality and scientific nature of the enterprise into the alliance,including disseminating themselves through the network platform immediately of alliance units,formulating reasonable system of entry and exit of alliance members,guiding enterprises to enter the alliance unit,increasing government subsidies appropriately,constructing the alliance culture atmosphere with "cooperation" as the guiding ideology,making research and evaluation work before applying for entering alliance unit,formulating scientific evaluation index when enterprises choose alliance and so on.
