these problems in agricultural development.Under this background,studying the performance of fiscal support for agriculture has significant practical and theoretical value for building a higher level and higher quality modern agriculture.At the same time,it is also along with other provinces and cities in Jiangxi Province.Achieving the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way has outstanding significance.In the research on the fiscal expenditure policy promoting the agricultural development of Jiangxi Province,the performance evaluation method has played an important role.This paper intends to use the relatively mature DEA analysis method,which is the data enveloping method.Most scholars who study performance evaluation are keen on using a classical research method,which has proved to be very scientific and effective.Therefore,in the process of evaluating the performance of agricultural financial expenditure in Jiangxi Province,this paper uses human resources input and financial resources input as input indicators;the total output of grain and the output value of high-tech agricultural products are used as output indicators,and relevant indicators are put In the spatial field of the country,it is compared with other provinces and cities.It is found that 2014 is the demarcation point.Before this,the agricultural financial input has outstanding problems with low efficiency and ineffectiveness.After this,the structure of financial input has changed,and the situation of low efficiency and ineffectiveness has been improved and reversed.However,it can be clearly seen from the data analysis that the relative number of agricultural expenditures,whether in absolute numbers or in the proportion of agriculture,forestry and forestry expenditures,has experienced large fluctuations and fluctuations in 2017.If it is in a similar fluctuation for a long time,It will have a negative impact on the overall coordinated and sustainable development of agriculture in Jiangxi Province and the improvement of comprehensive development strength.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively improve the quality of agricultural development in Jiangxi Province,increase the added value of agricultural products in science and technology,and increase investment in science and technology is an inevitable move to achieve this goal.However,from the support of fiscal expenditure on agricultural science and technology in recent years,the agricultural science and technology transformation and extension service expenditures have also experienced a process of rising first and then falling rapidly.The technology expenditure in 2017 is only three-thirds of the previous years.First,this phenomenon will also have a very negative impact on the development of agriculture in Jiangxi Province.In response to the above-mentioned normative analysis and empirical analysis,the outstanding problems in the agricultural fiscal expenditures in Jiangxi agricultural expenditures,and give better play to the role of fiscal agricultural expenditures in improving agricultural quality and efficiency and even the overall economic and social development.
