Research On Competitive Evaluation Of Zhuzhou Tongtangwan Bonded Logistics Center

In order to optimize the economic structure and improve the export-oriented economic vitality,Zhuzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government proposed to build a logistics network node city for international and domestic,The construction of Zhuzhou Tongtangwan Bonded Logistics Center(Type B,hereinafter referred to as Zhuzhou B Insurance Center)is one of the core projects to build this platform.However,most of China is building a bonded logistics center in the eastern coastal cities as a pilot.The construction of bonded logistics centers in inland cities is in its infancy,and many uncertainties and challenges will be faced after the park is completed and operated.Therefore,how to effectively manage and operate the operated Zhuzhou B Insurance Center in a highly competitive market,and objectively judge the status and shortcomings of their own competitiveness,and timely adjust the market positioning and development strategy,the continuous and good development of Zhuzhou B Insurance Center has become the primary condition for the development of Zhuzhou B Insurance Center.In view of this,this paper takes the Zhuzhou B Insurance Center,a typical inland city bonded logistics center,as the research object of competitiveness evaluation,the research results are of great significance to further enhance the competitiveness of Zhuzhou B Insurance Center.The research in this paper is mainly based on previous research results.First,an in-depth analysis of the surrounding environment of Zhuzhou B Insurance Center.Then based on the theory of competitive advantage,construct the evaluation index system of bonded logistics integrated park competitiveness from the four aspects of economic development ability,bonded logistics demand capacity,social consumption capacity and bonded logistics basic supply capacity of the city.Secondly,through in-depth investigation of the six provinces of bonded logistics integrated parks to obtain relevant data,and using SPSS software to factor analysis of the acquired data,thereby obtaining the competitiveness score and ranking of Zhuzhou B Insurance Center.Finally,through the cluster analysis method,objectively classify the competitiveness of bonded logistics integrated parks,and scientifically classify the categories of Zhuzhou B insurance center.Through the results of empirical analysis,we can find that the comprehensive competitiveness score of Zhuzhou B Insurance Center is-0.24878,ranking 13 th,and the competitiveness is weak.There are a series of constraints on the overall weak economic strength of the city,the low level of development of the modern logistics industry,and insufficient market demand.Based on the above analysis results,the development strategy and functional orientation of Zhuzhou B Insurance Center are determined,and the countermeasures for the competitiveness improvement of Zhuzhou B Insurance Center are proposed.
