In order to establish a long-term incentive system for employees,American companies have specially formulated employee stock ownership plans,and many companies in the West have now matured.Domestic enterprises have started late in the research and application of employee stock ownership system,and have not yet established a sound employee stock management system.By giving a certain range of employees equity,companies can make these employees pay dividends from the company's benefits.Innovation is an important manifestation of the vitality of a company.For high-tech enterprises,technological innovation is particularly necessary.The talents who currently master innovative technologies have become the core force for promoting corporate and social economic development.In the development of enterprises,excellent human resources are often the core competitive factors and major market advantages.Especially for those core technology companies,how to play the competitive advantage of innovative talents is crucial for business development.How to make use of enterprise technology to create vitality and improve technological innovation performance is a road that many high-tech enterprises are unremittingly exploring,and it is also one of the core concerns of many scholars.In the previous research,the employee stock ownership plan proved to be a certain degree to better stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees to work for the enterprise,and to unify the personal interests of employees and the maximum benefits of the company.Through the implementation of employee stock ownership in the enterprise,Oufei Technology has achieved tremendous development in five years.This paper mainly analyzes the employee stock ownership plan and management system formulated by Oufei Technology,summarizes the innovations of Oufei Technology's employee stock ownership plan,and analyzes the internal relationship between the innovation technology development of Oufei technology market and employee stock ownership incentives.Contact,thus further enriching the domestic theoretical research on employee stock ownership,and can better explore the internal relationship between enterprise innovation and employee stock ownership,and provide reference for other domestic enterprises to promote employee stock ownership.In the study of Oufei Technology's shareholding plan,this paper first analyzes the relevant theoretical research on domestic and foreign scholars' shareholding in employees.The theory of employee stock ownership was first proposed by Kelso,and it has been continuously enriched and perfected in the development of modern human resource theory and principal-agent theory.The theory of innovation is proposed by Schumpeter.At present,many domestic scholars have studied the relationship between enterprise innovation ability and employee stock ownership system,and believe that enterprises can better promote technological innovation by using employee stock ownership.At present,domestic research on corporate innovation and employee stock ownership is generally limited to the analysis of shareholdings of corporate executives and core scientific and technical personnel,and there is no in-depth study of ordinary employees' shareholdings.Subsequently,this paper studied the employee stock ownership and company innovation of Oufei Technology.This article describes the basic situation of Oufei Technology's implementation of the employee stock ownership plan,including the background,motivation and implementation process of the implementation.In the analysis part of the case,this paper analyzes the relevant data of Oufei Technology's employee stock ownership and technological innovation,and studies the impact of employee stock ownership plan on Oufei Technology from three aspects: financial performance,cost and market performance.Second,this plan is accompanied by the growth of enterprise R&D investment.The implementation of this plan is conducive to improving R&D investment.Third,the higher the proportion of employees holding shares,the increasing number of corporate patents,the implementation of this plan can increase the company's patent output,which is conducive to improving the company's ability to innovate.As far as the specific development situation is concerned,the employee stock ownership system can increase the support of managers for R&D investment,enhance the enthusiasm of technicians for innovation,and enhance the vitality of employees in other departments,thus stimulating enterprise innovation and enabling enterprises to gain leadership in the competition.
