In the rapid development of network information era,the online game industry of China is rapidly emerging,and become new economic growth points of internet economy.The high profits attracted many companies to join the game industry.The game industry is growing fast,but it also has high risks.In the fast consumption era,the environment of online game is changing rapidly,the online game industry has a short cycle,and the game products change quickly.In a competitive environment,the companies should rethink the strategy based on what's realistically achievable,and gain the advantage of long-term survival and development.T Company started earlier than others and it play a important role in China's online game market.So these analyses about the strategic research of T online game Company can be used as reference for the growth of China's online game market.In this paper,I through methods such as literature research and case analysis,using strategic management knowledge,mainly take Tcompanyas the case,and take other business cases as reference to study.First,I study the development of online games,strategic management of basic knowledge,and sum up the strategy of the domestic and foreign online game company.I used the "PEST" analysis,Potter's five forces analysis model and "SWOT" analysis analyze the internal and external environment,the advantages and disadvantages of the T Company.Determine T company's overall competitive environment and position in the industry.As a result,Tonline game company should use differentiation strategy,take the SO strategy as the starting point,set out from the actual situation of T online game company,and then work out the development strategy that suits T online game company.In production strategy,keep independent innovation,develop new themes for games,realize the differentiation strategy.In the technical part,improves the game plan,the picture's quality,to improve users' experience feeling.In human resources,pay attention to talent recruitment and training.In terms of marketing channels,actively expand network marketing channels and develop overseas markets by combining overseas local cultural elements.
