Research On Working Capital Management Of Yanjing Beer Based On Value Chain

In recent years,under the background of economic globalization,the competitive environment faced by Chinese enterprises has undergone fundamental changes.How to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises under the tide of globalization has become the key point for managers to make strategy.The fast changing market environment and constantly promote the management ideas and methods of enterprise innovation,and in this revolution,the method of financial management of the value chain theory is applied to the enterprise’s working capital management has attracted more and more attention from theory and practice.As a typical manufacturing industry,most of the beer enterprises in our country have such problems as inefficient operation of operating funds,unreasonable working capital structure and weakening management.This paper reviews the research on working capital management from the perspective of value chain at home and abroad,by Professor Wang Zhuquan proposed working capital classification point of view,from the perspective of value chain design evaluation index of the working capital management performance of beer enterprises,and using these indicators in recent years China’s beer manufacturing enterprise working capital management efficiency are calculated and evaluated,and has a more in-depth understanding and accurate characteristics of existing problems and working capital of the Chinese beer industry,which laid the foundation for the analysis of the case and put forward countermeasures.In the case analysis section,this paper selects Yanjing beer as the research object,and analyzes the management performance of the operating capital of Yanjing Beer Enterprise in the past 2011-2015 years from the value chain procurement,production and sales links.In the case analysis process,This paper selected regardless of market performance or working capital management level are more excellent Tsingtao Brewery company,as a case reference.Through the comparative analysis,so as to find out the problems existing in the management of working capital in the process of Yanjing Beer,on the basis of other industries such as Tsingtao Brewery model enterprise management experience,the working capital management Yanjing Beer as proposed,in order to bring new ideas for the management of working capital Yanjing Beer.
