The transparency of accounting information has always been a topic of great concern in various countries, and it has a very important position in both theoretical and practical circles. As a very important measure of the capital market, information transparency can be measured in a variety of ways, but in any way, looking at the entire capital market,it is not difficult to see that it does not reflect its due in listed companies.Pay attention to the degree and the overall level is low. However,China’s securities market is still in a budding, rising and emerging stage, and the problem is more serious and more significant.China’s securities market is not as early as Europe and the United States,so it is normal to have a relatively large gap. This paper analyzes the internal control defect disclosure of listed companies in different situations before and after the change of institutional environment and the nature of property rights as a breakthrough in research, and analyzes the actual impact of internal control defect disclosure on the transparency of accounting information.Firstly, the research direction is determined by combing relevant literatures. On this basis, the related theories such as information asymmetry,principal-agent and signal transmission are combined to analyze one by one, which lays a foundation for the later empirical evidence and proposes research hypotheses.Secondly, the A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges from 2007 to 2016 were selected as research samples, and the sample data were processed and analyzed by EXCLE and SPSS2.The hypothesis is validated by descriptive statistics, correlation test, linear regression analysis and other empirical research methods, and the results pass the robustness test. The following three conclusions are drawn: First, the disclosure of internal control defects under the full sample It has a positive impact on the transparency of accounting information.Second,in different institutional environments, the mandatory disclosure of internal control defects can have a positive impact on the transparency of accounting information compared with the voluntary disclosure of internal control defects.Third,in different Under the nature of property rights,in contrast to non-state-owned enterprises, disclosure of internal control defects by state-owned enterprises has a positive impact on the transparency of accounting information. Finally, according to the analysis of this paper, several corresponding suggestions are put forward and the limitations and prospects of the research are summarized.Throughout the literature,on the one hand, the current discussion on the transparency of accounting information in China is basically entangled in the influencing factors of accounting information transparency and the economic consequences of accounting information transparency.Fewer researchers can disclose internal control defect disclosure and accounting information transparency. The two are combined. The research content of this paper has no relevant literature in the research field of accounting information transparency, which gives a new perspective for its future research. On the other hand, the research on the disclosure of internal control defects in China rarely uses the institutional environment and the nature of property rights as the criteria for the empirical analysis. This paper provides a new classification standard: separately before and after the change of institutional environment, and under different property rights. The disclosure of internal control deficiencies addresses the actual impact of accounting information transparency.
