As the saying goes,"Food is the essence of the people".Under the situation that people pay more and more attention to food quality,quality assurance and other related factors of their own quality of life,the self-management of Companies in the industry plays an important role in the whole industry.Along with the process of globalization,but also by the impact of foreign high-quality food,such as unsalable products in China's food enterprises,which caused setbacks for domestic food enterprises.How to stand out in such fierce and even cruel competition,while ensuring the product quality of enterprises,has become the most important issue facing China's food industry.In the context of the new situation and challenges faced by enterprises themselves,the traditional cost management has been weak in the management of enterprises' production activities.Therefore,it has become a new trend to control the cost of enterprises from a new perspective.In order to make the cost control of every link more effective,and at the same time to make it have a clear understanding of the cost of the enterprise itself from the source and control,it is necessary to start from the perspective of the full value chain.Managing from the perspective of full value chain can enable enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and maintain the driving force of sustainable development.This article chooses H company as a case study,uses the strategic vision of the whole value chain,links up the theory of cost management,analyses and discusses the actual situation of H company's cost management,and finds out the problems existing in the current situation of H company's cost management.Based on the analysis of the internal and external value chains of H company,the principles and corresponding objectives of value chain cost optimization are obtained.On the premise of taking full value chain cost management as a strategic policy,the paper combines theory with practice and proposes practical and feasible ways to optimize H company's cost management from the perspective of internal and external value chains,so as to realize the optimization of cost management based on full value chain.The intention is to enable H company to achieve good development of the company,and to learn from other food companies in the same industry.
