Since the year 2010,all sorts of the short-seller focus on above 200 of Chinese concept stocks(CCS)and with Malicious methods,which leads to the CCS have been in the bad shape and even drop continually.In recent years,the capital market that grows in China develops and evolves on and on,especially in the Growth Enterprise Market and the National Equities Exchange and Quotations.These market enhance the attraction of the capital market in China and other companies that should be overseas listing.Meanwhile,many foreign CCS intend to the Chinese A-share market back,thus the Back-door listing would be the prior choice.However,most of CCS if return on the Chinese A-share market are harder than the native Chinese companies,there may have various risks,especially related financial risks.The financial risks in any part of the return to the A-share process cannot be controlled well,which will hinder the return process.The essay would indicate a typical sample of 360 company,which achieved the privatization and delisted from the US in 2016 and then listed on the A-share market with the shell of Jiangnan Jiajie.The 360 company as the main target and its process in delisted and listed back would be expounded for the financial risk during the whole Back-door behavior.The essay would analyze the causes and influences on the financial risk,and then,the 360 company's regulatory and control measures to the risk as well as the achievement would appear in the essay.As a consequence,the essay would provide some recommendations concentrated on financial risks control,with the Back-door listing to the foreign CCS.
