Study On Supply Chain Financing Mode Of Jiangxi L Tourist Scenic Spot Based On AHP

During the 12th five-year plan period,Jiangxi province put forward the strategic goal of building a strong tourism province.Closely following the theme of "Jiangxi scenery is unique",the Jiangxi provincial government took a number of measures to promote the development of tourism.At the end of the 12 th five-year plan period,Jiangxi province achieved a historic growth in its tourism economy,with its tourism revenue quadrupling from 81.8 billion yuan in 2010 to 363.8 billion yuan in 2015.The total number of tourist receptions in the province increased from107 million in 2010 to 385 million in 2015,and the target of quadrupling was successfully achieved.The 13 th five-year plan also clearly proposes to cultivate tourism as a strategic pillar industry for the green development of Jiangxi province and a symbol of modern happiness industry for an all-round well-off society,so as to drive the development of the tertiary industry and the economy of Jiangxi province.For Jiangxi L scenic spots,also is such,due to the smaller,less financial strength weak,cash flow,lack of mortgage assets,tourism assets characteristic is not strong wait for a reason,it is difficult to get bank loans support,financial institutions,such as the folk lending financing interest rates higher,cause L scenic area high cost of financing,financing difficulties has hindered the further development of L scenic spot.Therefore,under such a realistic background,how to innovate the financing mode of L scenic spot and solve the capital bottleneck of the development of L scenic spot has become the primary problem to be solved for the development of L scenic spot.In this paper,on the basis of previous study,through the preliminary selection of existing financing mode L scenic spot,elected government investment,project financing,two kinds of financing model,its comparison with the proposed supply chain financing,through the establishment of the analytic hierarchy process,it is concluded that the most suitable for the financing model of L scenic spot for supply chain financing,which is proposed in this paper based on the perspective of the supply chain financing new L scenic spot patterns provide empirical support,to solve the problem of financing difficulties L scenic spot to provide reference and reference,further promote the development of L scenic spot.
