In the rapid development of science and technology and the background of the government's policy support,and the national entrepreneurship orgasm is the phenomenon of deviating startup survival rate has been falling,why some enterprises development 2-3 years can become mature,and some enterprises to develop 7-8 years is still in the stage,found no profit development path,through the survey data shows that the causes of this phenomenon in addition to the start-up entrepreneurs to their own quality,team ability and uncertain factors such as internal and external environment,business model building is important influence factors restricting the development of new ventures.Business model research started from the late 1990s.With the changes of the market environment and the continuous progress of technology,scholars have been deepening their research on business model.By referring to the domestic and foreign literatures on the research of new enterprises and business models in recent years,it is found that most of the research on business models at home and abroad is based on the successful cases of mature enterprises,while the research on the business models of new enterprises is still in the initial stage.Contrast analysis business model elements and model put forward by the scholars,the author agree with start-up business model to build the initial structure should be simplified theory,the follow the value proposition of enterprise value creation and value capture,under the basic logic of simplifying the structure factors to market positioning,business structure and profit mode of three dimensiou[33],in the customer's requirements,internal and external market environment is changing,start-up business models around who is the user,the user needs,how to meet user needs and how to implement enterprise management benefit and dynamic evolution.To sum up,this article applies the method of combining theory and case,based on the theory and in the business enterprise growth process startup business model theory,combined with the author's own startups M company as an example,through the observation of the start-up stage of M company,the M company in the start-up phase of the business model to build analysis is divided into four parts:the first is under the influence of the new theory into the defect,entrepreneurs to insufficient understanding of its own resources and market environment through entrepreneurship failure and failure process analysis;The second part is after failure,entrepreneurs to comb the market localization and the internal and external market environment,through the potential users and the product of the detailed investigation and research,finally selected to white-collar eye health management as the breakthrough point,a new management system design and implementation and respectively with dimension analysis of the three elements of start-up business model are studied;The third part is through the business model in the process of actual implementation market feedback,timely adjustment of management system design and extends the profit model shows that dynamic changes between the three elements of business model,according to the start-up business model theory of M company future development put forward Suggestions for improvement,hope to DE novo M company's future development and related industry to provide reference.
