In recent years, under the background of the vigorous development of e-commerce,the volume of e-commerce express delivery has ushered in an explosive growth, the volume of express delivery in China exceeded 50 billion in 2018,ranking first in the world for five years. As the end link of e-commerce platform to customers, the distribution problem of e-commerce logistics' "last kilometer" has become the bottleneck that restricts the development of e-commerce platform.Therefore,e-commerce companies are actively exploring new logistics operation modes and the logistics network location-routing problem has also become the focus of attention.Aiming at the self-operated mode and the partial outsourcing mode of e-commerce enterprise logistics, this thesis studies the location-routing problem of e-commerce enterprise logistics distribution center, which provides a reference for e-commerce enterprise decision-making.The research contents are as follows:Firstly, this thesis analyzes the logistics operation mode of e-commerce enterprises, combining the make-or-buy decision theory to expound the formation mechanism of the e-commerce enterprise logistics partial outsourcing mode.On the basis of analyzing the problem of logistics terminal distribution in e-commerce enterprises, combined with the characteristics of e-commerce express delivery, this thesis puts forward the necessity of considering customer satisfaction in the process of route optimization.Secondly, according to the actual situation of e-commerce enterprise logistics operation, this thesis converts the customer service time window into customer service satisfaction, then puts forward the location-routing model of e-commerce enterprise logistics distribution center under self-operated mode, and the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem. On the basis of self-operated mode, this thesis continues to study the partial outsourcing mode.In order to find the balance between the terminal distribution cost and customer service satisfaction, this thesis considers outsourcing the points with small distribution volume to the third party logistics enterprise, and puts forward the location-routing model of e-commerce enterprise logistics distribution center under the partial outsourcing mode. This thesis designs a simulated annealing algorithm,in which an improved strategy of generating solution at constant temperature is adopted, and selects outsourced points to solve the vehicle routing problem. Finally, the thesis uses the same example to analyze the logistics distribution center location and route optimization model of e-commerce enterprises under the self-operated mode and the partial outsourcing mode. The results show that:(1)Using the spatial analysis function of ArcGIS and combining with the mathematical model to solve the location problem,The distribution center location results in the two modes are consistent;(2)When the satisfaction threshold is 75%,the partial outsourcing mode is reduced by 1 vehicle than the self-operated model, and the distribution cost is saved by 10.75%,which proves that the partial outsourcing model is feasible in the e-commerce enterprise logistics;(3)When the satisfaction threshold is 75%,the partial outsourcing mode can save the distribution cost;when the satisfaction threshold is greater than 85%,the self-operated mode is more economical. There are 50 figures,10 tables, and 63 references.
