| In recent years,the domestic banking and financial cases frequently occur,and counter operation risk cases are particularly prominent.Whether it is cash business with high frequency and small loss or bill business with low frequency and great loss,it has brought irreparable losses to customers and commercial banks to a certain extent,and damaged the social reputation of commercial banks.The ABC LC branch is a secondary branch under the jurisdiction of China Agricultural Bank Co.,Ltd..While the business is booming,the ABC LC branch also faces many financial risks.In recent years,the frequency of operational risk events and financial cases in the ABC LC branch has become more and more frequent.Among the operational risk events of the LC branch of ABC in 2018,counter operational risk events accounted for the highest proportion.As the last line of defense for case prevention and control,the pressure of counter operation risk prevention and control is increasing day by day.Therefore,it is an urgent problem for ABC LC Branch to study how to prevent the operating risk of cabinet surface and construct a reasonable and effective operating risk management mechanism while maintaining the steady development of business.Based on the research object of ABC LC branch,this paper analyzes operational risk events of ABC LC Branch in 2018,and studies the related theory of operational risk management.Through the analysis of the cases and incidents of internal and external fraud,which account for a large proportion of counter operation risks,this paper points out the problems existing in personnel management,management system construction,system,software and hardware of ABC LC Branch.This paper also puts forward an effective improvement scheme in personnel management,management system construction,system,software and hardware of ABC LC Branch,and expounds the safeguard measures in human resources and management attention,in order to help ABC LC Branch more effectively prevent and resolve counter operation risks. |
