Health Food Regulatory Public Satisfaction Study

With the development of economy,people put forward higher requirements for the quality of life.Meanwhile,people are deeply influenced by the culture of"the same origin of-food and medicine".The health food industry has developed rapidly.This study with tengxian county health food supervision satisfaction questionnaire data as the foundation,mainly from the demographic characteristics and health food knowledge propaganda,the complaint reporting handling efficiency,business ability,the daily supervision of law enforcement personnel strength,the level of sampling,illegal behavior of the crackdown,the health care food safety information disclosure level 7 indexes such as the satisfaction of the public regulation of health food products,the methods of descriptive analysis,factor analysis,and using multiple stepwise regression analysis of seven satisfaction evaluation indicators for monitoring health food satisfaction degree.The research shows that the satisfaction degree of health food supervision in tengxian County is unsatisfactory.The three indicators of violation of law,propaganda of health food knowledge,sampling inspection and demographic characteristics,such as age,residence location,education level,occupation,monthly income,health status and purchasing purpose,all have significant effects on the satisfaction degree of health food supervision.In order to increase the public trust in health food and improve the satisfaction of health food supervision,it is necessary to further intensify the crackdown on illegal behaviors,improve the health food knowledge publicity system and strengthen the publicity,and increase the strength of health food sampling inspection.
