Influencing Factors Of Green Technology Of Agricultural Technology Extension Workers

In the process of traditional agricultural production,the extensive use of chemical fertilizers,pesticides and agricultural film has broken the balance of ecosystems,destroyed soil structure and caused frequent food safety problems.The popularization and application of agricultural green technology can reduce the quantity of inputs,save energy in production,utilize waste resources and ecology industrial model.To change the disadvantages of traditional agricultural technology,such as pesticide residues,environmental pollution in producing areas,excessive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides,and to change the extensive development mode of traditional agricultural production and operation with high input,high output and high consumption.Based on the development of green eco-agriculture in Anhui Province and the reform of grass-roots agricultural technology extension system,the extension of green agricultural technology is facing new challenges.Through the questionnaire survey of grass-roots agricultural extension workers in Anhui Province,this paper analyzed the influencing factors in the process of agricultural extension workers promoting green technology,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the results.Agricultural technology extension workers play an important role in promoting agricultural green technology.Through 139 questionnaires of Agricultural technology extension workers in Anhui Province,descriptive statistical analysis was used to describe the personal characteristics of agricultural technicians.analyzed the influencing factors of agricultural technology extension workers in promoting agricultural green technology by dual logistic regression model.The results showed that 66.9%of the Agricultural technology extension workers thought that it was difficult to popularize green technology,and 33.1%of the general Agricultural technology extension workers thought that it was difficult to popularize green technology.The implementation of agricultural green technology extension policy and farmers' acceptance have positive and significant effects on agricultural extension workers' green technology extension.The advancement of technology has a negative impact on the green technology promotion of agricultural extension workers.Therefore,this paper proposes to strengthen the implementation of agricultural policies to promote green development,improve farmers' awareness of green technology,strengthen green technology training,and improve their competitiveness.By comparing the influencing factors of agricultural extension workers in the process of popularizing agricultural green technology with the popularization of general agricultural technology,the differences between the two methods of extension were analyzed,and the different characteristics of agricultural technology were analyzed.On agricultural green technology,farmers' awareness of it,relevant policies of the state on agricultural green technology,education and training of agricultural green technology.This paper describes the current situation of agricultural green development,green ecological agriculture model and agricultural green technology extension in Anhui Province,and explores the existing problems of agricultural green development and agricultural green technology extension in Anhui Province.Finding out the factors that affect the promotion of agricultural green technology by agricultural extension personnel,analyze the reasons and give reasonable countermeasures,hoping to promote the green development of agriculture in Anhui and improve the agricultural extension system in Anhui.
