Evaluation Of The Satisfaction With Rural Human Settlements Environment In Mountainous Areas Of Lin’an City

In recent years,the government has put forward the important policy of new rural construction.With the accelerated process of urbanization in China,the integration of urban and rural areas is rapidly changing the style of the original rural living environment.Rural living environment is facing serious environmental problems.How to create a healthier ecosystem,with regional characteristics of rural settlements in the background of urbanization in China is increasingly under development is one of the main content of the construction of China’s rural areas,and rural settlements in China Construction of the important research direction,the research are of great necessity and urgency.By analyzing and researching the related theories of human settlements environment,and referring to the existing evaluation system of human settlements environment and the factors ofaffecting satisfaction,combining with the actual situation of rural human settlements environment in Lin’an Mountains,and listening to the guidance and suggestions of experts and scholars,I establishthe evaluation system of human settlements environment which is needed in this paper.This paper comprehensively analyses the present situation and problems of rural human settlements in Lin’an Mountains by simple data evaluation method,AHP hierarchy analysis method,Delphi linear weight method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.The study shows that the overall evaluation score of the satisfaction degree of rural human settlements in Lin’an Mountains is 3.2166,which is basically satisfactory according to the meaning of the five-point assignment method.(1)Economic conditions: The highest score in the evaluation index indicates that the rural economic conditions in Lin’an Mountains have been improved,and the data collected from the statistical yearbook also shows that the per capita consumption expenditure and per capita disposable income of villagers in Lin’an Mountains show an increasing trend,but the income sources of villagers are relatively single,and the income level between urban and rural areas is not balanced.(2)Natural ecological environment: To a certain extent,affected by the rapid economic development,debris flow and landslides have brought burdens to village names,rural sewage and river pollution,unreasonable treatment of human and poultry manure,and the ecological pattern,village pattern and biodiversity of rural areas in mountainous areas have been partially destroyed.(3)Social environment: The number of schools around is not large,especially kindergartens and primary school students need to go to school far away,which is inconvenient;the development of medical standards,pension issues and so on is relatively backward.(4)Residential conditions: In the planning and construction,there are houses or villas that imitate the urban type,or copy the construction mode of other villages,resulting in the familiar rural landscape and the loss of rural uniqueness.(5)Public infrastructure: In economically developed mountainous areas,roads are more convenient to travel,and there are street lights.In less developed mountainous areas,there are more dirt roads,which make it difficult to travel on rainy days;the number of public toilets is less distributed;garbage collection and disposal is not perfect.This paper puts forward the following suggestions:(1)Promoting rural economic development in combination with local characteristics.(2)To improve the natural ecological environment according to local conditions.(3)Improve the abundance of rural public utilities and social environment.(4)The design style,lighting orientation and courtyard structure of the house shall be planned in accordance with local conditions.(5)Based on the feedback results and actual situation of villagers,we should improve the supporting infrastructure according to the needs.
