Employee creativity determines the survival potential of enterprises and can promote the development of enterprises effectively.The formation of employee creativity includes many factors.This paper mainly discusses the influences of leadership style on employee creativity.Inclusive leadership,as a kind of leadership that has attracted the attention of scholars in recent years,has a relatively short research history.Although it has achieved some research results,the overall theoretical framework of inclusive leadership has not yet been formed.There are also many areas worth exploring and exploring in this field.At present,some scholars have proposed that inclusive leadership style can affects employees' behavior and attitude.in order to further explore the impact mechanism of inclusive leadership on employee creativity.Based on social exchange theory,positive emotion theory and work characteristic model,this paper takes feedback seeking behavior and job autonomy as mediation variables,and learning goal orientation as the mediating variable.The research model of inclusive leadership and employee's creativity is constructed.SPSS17.0 and LISREL8.70 are used to analyze 700 valid questionnaires.The results show that:(1)inclusive leadership is beneficial to enhance employees' creativity;(2)feedback seeking behavior partly mediates the influence of inclusive leadership on employee creativity,(3)job autonomy also plays a part mediation role between inclusive leadership and employee creativity;(4)Learning goal orientation has a negative effect on inclusive leadership and feedback seeking behavior,which is contrary to the original assumption,indicating that leadership is not more inclusive,the more it can stimulate the individual characteristics of the employee's learning goal orientation,high-learning goal-oriented employees may pay more attention to improving their skills and business abilities through their own extra efforts,rather than to the role of the resources available to leaders in seeking feedback and useful information.the author tries to find out the possible reasons for this phenomenon by combing the literature.In summary,this study points out the corresponding theoretical significance and management practice enlightenment,in order to enrich the theoretical research in this field,and to provide effective suggestions for practical managers to promote employee creativity.Finally,the paper also puts forward the shortcomings of this study and prospects for the future.
