With the increasingly complex economic environment and the fierce competition in the industry,high-quality customer resources have become the key competition among the commercial banks.Customer satisfaction is of the vital position for commercial banks to obtain high-quality customer resources.Therefore,major domestic commercial banks are paying more and more attention to the construction of customer satisfaction,and have carried out a series of monitoring activities of customer satisfaction,have made long-term progress in customer satisfaction improvement.At present,the personal customer satisfaction status of Hangzhou Bank Zhuji Sub-branch is not optimistic,and it is urgent to use an effective promotion strategy to greatly enhance individual customer satisfaction,enhancing its voice and status.The article firstly summarizes the research on customer satisfaction at home and abroad.Secondly,according to the current situation of Hangzhou Bank Zhuji Sub-branch,using the data analysis method to systematically analyze the problems of the bank's customer satisfaction and explore the key factors affecting its customer satisfaction.Thirdly,the article analyzes the impact of key impact factors on the bank,and then analyzes the real problems of the customer satisfaction management of Hangzhou Bank Zhuji Sub-branch and its core factors.What's more,obtaining the first hand through the questionnaire to analyze the problems existing in the customer satisfaction management of Hangzhou Bank Zhuji Sub-branch.Finally,in view of the practical problems of the state bank Zhuji Sub-branch,the article proposes some strategies from rectifying the personnel structure,enhancing the self-quality of employees,improving the service quality of the network information service,reducing the business pressure of the shop staff and optimizing the processing and supervision mechanism of the outlets.
