With the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for power grid investment and construction is also increasing.Power companies are asset-intensive enterprises,most of which are tangible assets,of which fixed assets account for more than 80%,and initial investment is large.Therefore,research on power company asset management focuses on the study of fixed asset management.Traditional asset management has many problems such as low asset life and chaotic management,and no longer meets the requirements of the development of the times.Introducing this new management method of asset life cycle management can optimize management strategies and make scientific decisions.Therefore,in order to strengthen the research of asset management,deepening the management of asset life cycle has become an important task for power companies.This paper analyzes asset management research from three aspects: security management,performance management,and cycle cost management(referred to as SEC management).From the four stages of planning and design,procurement and construction,operation and maintenance,and returning and scrapping,the overall analysis is to achieve comprehensive optimization of safety management;performance management and cycle cost management,and promote the comprehensive balance and organic unification of the three.This paper first analyzes the research background and significance of the life cycle management of power company assets,and learns and summarizes the status quo of asset life cycle management at home and abroad.It introduces the content concept and related theory of asset life cycle management at home and abroad,and management evaluation methods.Then,based on the characteristics and principles of asset management,this paper establishes a set of scientific and reasonable index system suitable for power company asset management evaluation,focusing on comprehensive evaluation from three levels: safety management,performance management and cycle cost management.Construct the asset life cycle management evaluation model,use the analytic hierarchy process to preprocess the data,find the weight of each index system,and obtain the final evaluation value as the expected value;bring the processed data into the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize the least squares In the evaluation model of support vector machine,the evaluation results show that the model has high evaluation accuracy and generalization performance,and compares the safety management,performance management,cycle cost management and comprehensive management of each power supply company according to the results.The evaluation value of asset management is on the rise.Finally,based on the research results and existing problems,the corresponding policy recommendations for asset management of power companies are proposed.
