Employees are the core competitiveness of an enterprise and are directly related to the business status and sustainable development capabilities of the company.The competition of enterprises is,in the final analysis,the competition of people.Maintaining the stability of the workforce has a very important practical effect on the healthy and orderly development of a company.Under the background of the society with intensified personnel flow,how to reduce the loss of employees has become a major issue that major enterprises need to study and solve.Z City is a strong economic county in Zhejiang Province,ranking among the top 20 in the country's top 100 counties.Z City Rural Commercial Bank is a rural commercial bank based in Z City.Its predecessor was Z City Rural Credit Cooperative.In 2005,it was reorganized into Z City Rural Cooperative Bank.In 2013,it was restructured into Z City Rural Commercial Bank.As the champion of the local banking industry in Z City,Z City Rural Commercial Bank is the banking institution with the largest number of outlets and the widest operating scope in Z City,and the deposit and loan market share is far ahead of other banks in the city.With the rise of Internet finance represented by Alipay and Ant Financial,and the emergence of some city commercial banks in the Z city,the banking industry in Z City has intensified competition.The data shows that in recent years,the turnover rate of employees of Z City Rural Commercial Bank has increased year by year,and the number of employees applying for retreat has increased.In the three years from 2016 to 2018,the number of employees of Z City Rural Commercial Bank has been decreasing year by year,giving Z City Rural Commercial Bank The normal operation and management brought a lot of pressure.How to solve the problem of employee turnover has become an urgent problem to be solved by Z City Rural Commercial Bank.Based on the research of some human resource management related theories and employee turnover related models,this paper analyzes the impact of different variables on employee turnover,and conducts a questionnaire survey on the departing employees,from the external environment,internal environment and employees.Based on its own reasons,the author systematically analyzed and studied the causes of the loss of employees of Z City Rural Commercial Bank.At the same time of drawing conclusions,the corresponding ten countermeasures were proposed: strengthening human resource allocation management,building a good corporate culture,setting up a more scientific salary distribution system and performance appraisal system,and setting a more reasonable promotion.Channels,set up a more effective training framework,rationally reduce the burden on employees,strengthen communication with employees,strengthen the management of internal employees,increase the recruitment of employees,and establishing a mechanism to prevent staff turnover.Thereby providing talent protection for the normal and orderly development of Z City Rural Commercial Bank.
