Small and micro enterprises are a vatal part of the national economy.They have a huge effect on providing jobs and promoting GDP growth.However,the low availability of credit funds for small and micro enterprises has always been a pivotal question hindering the growth of small and micro enterprises.For the past few years,China's support for small and micro enterprises has been continuously strengthened,and credit services for small and micro enterprises have been optimized to a certain extent.Under the general background of inclusive finance,whether the demand for credit funds of small and micro enterprises has changed,and what are the influencing factors on the availability of small and micro enterprises are all worth looking at from the perspective of development.Based on inclusive finance,this paper studies the influencing factors of credit demand and availability of small and micro enterprises from the subjective and objective perspectives of small and micro enterprises,it has a momentous meaning for financial institutions to provide services for growth of small and micro enterprises and perfect the financial system.After analyzing the supply and demand situation of credit for small and micro enterprises in Jiangxi province,this paper,based on the survey of 207 samples of small and micro enterprises in Jiangxi province,first it makes descriptive statistical analysis on the credit situation of small and micro enterprises.through the analysis,it is concluded that small and micro enterprises have a large demand for credit funds,but the availability level is still not high.Then the logistic model is used to analyze the factors that affect the demand and availability of credit funds for small and micro enterprises.The empirical results show that under the background of inclusive finance,the factors that affect the demand and availability of credit funds for small and micro enterprises mainly include their own characteristics,external financing conditions and financing environment.Finally,this paper puts forward targeted suggestions from the three participants: small and micro enterprises,banks and other financial institutions and the administration: small and micro enterprises should start from themselves,strengthen their own conditions,improve credit level,and strengthen financial disclosure channels to reduce information asymmetry;For the banks and other financial institutions,they should adjust measures to local conditions and tailor financial services to meet the needs of small and micro enterprises according to their different credit needs.The administration should optimizethe external financing conditions and environment and build a guarantee system for small and micro enterprises.We will improve the credit and credit legal system for small and micro enterprises,increase financial benefits for small and micro enterprises,and create a positive and optimistic market prospect for small and micro enterprises.
