Evaluation On The Research On The Development Of Succession Industry In Forestry Industry Area Of Heilongjiang Province

Heilongjiang Provincial Forest Industry Bureau is the largest state-owned forest area and forest industrial enterprise in China.From the forest quota cutting system and natural forest protection project implemented in the late 1990s to the full stop of commercial harvesting in 2014,the harvestable resources in the forestry industry area of Heilongjiang Province are depleting,directly affect downstream industries such as wood processing manufacturing,and other industries are relatively backward,eventually,the development momentum of the forestry industry area of Heilongjiang Province is insufficient and the economic development is hindered.Therefore,it is of great significance to define the connotation of the succession industries in the forestry industry area of Heilongjiang Province,synthetically understand of the development level and changing characteristics of the succession industries in the forestry industry area of Heilongjiang Province,clarify the differences between the various forestry authorities,excavate the important factors that restrict the development of the succession industries,explore the future direction for development of the succession industries in the forestry industry area of Heilongjiang Province and realizing industrial transformation and sustainable economic development.Firstly,sort out relevant research results and theories,determine the research scope is to the forestry industry area of Heilongjiang Province and its four forestry administrations such as Yichun,Mudanjiang,Songhua River and Hejiang.Based on the concept and characteristics of the succession industries and the research results of the forest area's succession industries,etc,defining the concept of succession industry in forestry industry area in Heilongjiang Province and research objects of this are aquaculture,forest food,northern medicine development,industry and tourism service industry,lay the foundation for the analysis below.Secondly,combining qualitative and quantitative analysis methods for wood production industry life cycle identification,clarifying the necessity and urgency of developing succession industries,using the production value to carry out statistical description analysis of the development trend of the succession industries,and through the analysising of the advantages and disadvantages of the development of the succession industries,to achieve a basic understanding of the development profile of the succession industries.Thirdly,a comprehensive evaluation index system for the succession industries was constructed,including the three subsystems of industrial scale,development status and industrial linkage.Introducing the model involved in this article,such as variable fuzzy preferred model,entropy method,etc.Using variable fuzzy preferred model based on entropy method to evaluate the comprehensive development level of five succession industries of forestry industry area in Heilongjiang Province,four forestry authorities,three subsystems.The evaluation results show that the succession industries in the forestry industry area of Heilongjiang Province is generally in a state of volatility,the advantageous succession industries of Yichun forestry administration are aquaculture,northern medicine development and industry,the advantageous succession industries of Mudanjiang forestry administration are forest food and industry,the advantageous succession industry of Mudanjiang and Hejiang forestry administration is the tourism service industry.Finally,based on the results of the above research,from the perspectives of external environment,internal concept and development strategy,providing countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of the succession industries in the forestry industry area of Heilongjiang Province,hoping to provide reference for the development of the succession industries in the forestry industry area of Heilongjiang Province.
