Health insurance products have the functions of economic compensation,financing and social management,and play an important role in ensuring social and economic life and adjusting the operation of the national economy.In recent years,the health insurance market has continued to grow rapidly.By 2018,China's commercial health insurance has realized premium income of 544.813 billion yuan,an increase of 24.12%over the same period last year.There are more than 149 insurance companies in China that carry out commercial health insurance business.More than 8000 health insurance products have been registered in the CIRC.It basically forms the full coverage of disease insurance,medical insurance,disability income loss insurance and nursing insurance.In 2016,the State Council of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the Outline of the "Healthy China 2030" Plan,which pointed out that we should enrich health insurance products and encourage the development of health insurance products related to health management services.With the rapid development of big data,it brings opportunities to the innovation of commercial health insurance products.It not only changes the market-oriented product design and pays more attention to customer needs,but also provides data support for the precise pricing of commercial health insurance products.It also provides a possibility for consumers to form health intervention in the whole process beforehand,in the aftermath,and to promote the sound and rapid development of commercial health insurance.Based on this background,this paper intends to study the innovation of commercial health insurance products under the background of big data.This paper studies the innovation of commercial health insurance products from the perspective of big data,using literature analysis and case analysis.The main content of this paper is to point out the problems of unbalanced product structure,insufficient product guarantee level and serious product homogeneity in commercial health insurance,and the causes of these problems by analyzing the current situation of commercial health insurance.Opportunities brought to the innovation of commercial health insurance products,think that big data can improve the problems of commercial health insurance to a certain extent.At the same time,through the analysis and comparison of two typical big data health insurance products at home and abroad,we can get the inspiration of innovation of commercial health insurance products:first,we should expand external data to accurately price individual health status;second,we should use big data technology to break through insurable risk coverage to enhance the level of protection;third,we should use big data technology to reduce medical costs through chronic management.Claim for expenditure.Through the analysis of theory and practice,this paper elaborates the important role of big data in the innovation of commercial health insurance products.At the same time,it should be noted that due to the short development time of big data in China,there are a series of problems in the development process of big data in China,such as data connection,big data technology,comprehensive talents and legal supervision,etc.Finally,according to the above problems and enlightenment,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the innovation of commercial health insurance products under the background of big data,focusing on balancing product structure,enriching product system,increasing health product innovation and constructing a good industrial environment of commercial health insurance.
