Research On The Development And Improvement Of Bookkeeping Service In China

It’s been 25 years since the first time confirmed the legal status of the bookkeeping in 1993 revision of the "accounting law of the People’s Republic of China".The Internal and external problem of the China’s bookkeeping service is hindering its more healthy and sustainable development,in the context of "mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation",rapid development of Internet technology.Therefore,it is urgent to analyze the existing problems deeply,so as to explore suggestions for development and improvement.In this paper,the author explored and discussed the problem of the China’s bookkeeping service from the services,employees,marketing and branding,internal system,business model,regulations,support policies,clients,new techniques,put forward suggestions for improvement by analyzing the root reason and drawing lessons from successful experience at home and abroad,according to the latest data from the bookkeeping agency management system of China,the enterprise credit information publicity system of China,the bureau of statistics web site of China,according to the data from interview survey of the general managers and employees of accounting service firms,and the head of the small and micro enterprises.In addition,the author explored how to make management accounting as bookkeeping services,based on the case of an accounting service firm.
