A Study On The Internal Control Of Industry Associations In China

In recent years,industry association has been frequently exposed to a series of negative news,which has attracted some scholars focus on the industry association.Based on the development process and related literature about industry association,this paper deeply understand the current situation of industry associations,and thorough understanding to the present situation of our country industry association.Sufficient attention should be given to the problems existing in industry association,especially to urge the improvement of internal control of industry associations to make them work better.Under the premise of sufficient literature and theoretical bases,this paper first defines and classifies the concept of industry associations,then analyzes the reasons of ZM’s internal problems and mainly from the five elements of internal control to subdivide the root cause of the problem.The reason for choosing ZM is that ZM is more representative on both the time of establishment and the scale of development,and ZM’s internal problems also should be focused on internal control management.This paper not only proposes improvements to the internal control elements of industry associations,but also proposes improvements to the specific process of fund revenue and expenditure.This paper aims to provide constructive guidance to the internal control of industry association through researching the internal control system of industry association.This paper proposes opinions according to the five elements of internal control.Establishing and improving the five-factor framework of internal control can make internal control play a full role in industry associations,which promote industry associations to better develop and solve problems.
