Practice Research On The Risk-oriented Internal Audit Of High-tech Enterprises

The Chairman Xi Jinping once again stressed the crucial role of innovation in the report of 19 th CPC national congress.In the current new era,Chinese high-tech enterprises are developing rapidly and emerging constantly.In recent years,with the international and economic situation changing rapidly,the risk faced by enterprises are also changing.Risk management has become an important means for many enterprises to seek healthy growth.Internal audit,as a necessary part of enterprise closed-loop management,uses its own characteristics and functions to participate in business administration.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study how risk oriented internal audit of high-tech participant in enterprise risk management.Based on a large number of literature research,this paper summarizes risk-oriented internal audit mode,combined risk-oriented internal auditing risk management.Combined with the special risk environment,this paper summarizes the influence of risk environment faced by internal audit of high-tech enterprise and the necessity of the application of riskoriented internal audit.All of that makes important basis for below analysis.This paper selects WX company as a case to study how to use risk-oriented internal audit to participate in high-tech enterprise risk management.Through analysis,problems exist in the scope of risk management,department setting,application of information technology,implementation of closed-loop management mechanism and construction of internal audit team.The purpose of this paper is to through the methods of literature review,case analysis,combined with the characteristics of high and new technology enterprise and the development trend of internal audit,put forward the optimization of internal audit risk management technology,on the basis of considering the company's confidential information protection to strengthen the depth of internal audit in risk management,and improve the closed loop management mechanism,constructing suitable for internal audit participate in risk management environment.This paper wants to use all-around methods to perfect the practice of risk-oriented internal audit into enterprise risk management,to boost companies develop more powerfully and enhance their competitiveness.
