Gourmet food is an essential element in tourism activities,with the development of social economy,the improvement of the quality of life of the people,food greatly affects the satisfaction of tourists with tourism activities,and has an impact on the behavior intention of tourists.Taking tourist satisfaction as the intermediary variable,this paper discusses the influence of gourmet motivation on the behavior intention of tourists after traveling.This paper uses the method of questionnaire survey,and divides the gastronomic motivation into two dimensions of promoting motivation and pulling motivation,designs 38 items to investigate,analyzes the relationship between food promotion and pull motivation,tourist satisfaction and behavior intention,so as to explore the influence of gourmet motivation on tourists ' behavior intention in tourism,In order to provide reference suggestions for food street managers in rural tourism.This paper obtains the empirical data through the field investigation and network route distribution questionnaire of the most successful rural tourism in China,analyzes the data with the help of SPSS22 statistical software,validates the hypothesis,and draws the following conclusions:(1)The motivation of gourmet tourism has a great positive effect on tourist satisfaction and behavior intention in promoting motivation,and the relative influence is cultural motivation and spiritual motivation.Among them,gourmet products are the biggest factors that drive motivation to affect tourist satisfaction and behavior intention,and the relative influence is weak is the service feeling factor.(2)Gourmet tourism promotes motivation and pull motivation together,there is a partial positive effect on the behavior intention of tourists,and(3)the demographic characteristics of different tourists have a significant impact on their motivation and driving motivation,and the different travel characteristics of tourists have a significant impact on tourist satisfaction and behavior intention.According to the research of this paper,three aspects must be considered when developing rural tourism when gourmet tourism is put forward,and gourmet tourism promotes motivation,driving motivation and tourist satisfaction.Therefore,the last point of marketing countermeasures is from these three aspects.It is hoped that through the conclusion of this paper,it can provide a newer and better development idea and theoretical guidance for rural tourism,and this theory can be used as the theoretical basis for development in both tourism enterprises and government parts.In order to ensure that food tourism in rural tourism has been more rapid development,so as to promote the continuous improvement and development of tourist destinations.
