Analysis On Internal Control Of Social Responsibility Risk Of Dairy Company

With the rapid development of China’s economy,enterprises have begun to change the mode of development,work hard on the quality of development,and gradually achieve green production and circular economy.Corporate fulfillment of social responsibility is an important indicator of improving the quality of development and the foundation for achieving sustainable development.As everyone knows,if companies can’t do safe production and harm the interests of consumers,they will soon lose market.If the company pursues profits at the expense of the environment,it is contrary to the purpose of enterprise development.Only by attaching importance to and fulfilling social responsibilities,can enterprises fundamentally change the mode of development,enhance the quality of development,and achieve the goal of long-term sustainable development.In order to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the company itself,enterprises must strengthen the risk control of social responsibility.The article adopts the combination of theory and case,collects and collates relevant data in the field,analyzes the risk points of M company in fulfilling social responsibility,and starts from the five elements of internal control,and analyzes M company from the aspects of social responsibility such as environment,society and corporate governance.Social responsibility implementation path.Then,compared with the same industry enterprises,the company’s social responsibility index score was obtained.Finally,based on the five elements of internal control at the company level,the problems of internal control of M company’s social responsibility are found out,and the optimization measures for improving the internal control of corporate social responsibility are put forward.So that enterprises can actively take appropriate control measures to deal with social responsibility risks and promote sustainable development of enterprises.
