Research On The Income And Risk Prevention Of Asset Securitization Of Internet Micro-loan Companies

Since 2015,Internet microfinance companies have gradually become an integral part of the economy,which is replaced traditional microfinance companies.The rapid growth of business demand makes capital become an urgent matter for Internet microfinance companies,it is obvious that asset securitization is the optimal financing method.This article is based on “the cicc-ants micro credit assets special plan which is first issue in 2015".In order to understand the project deeply,we analyze the basic situation,operation process,transaction structure,transaction process and cash flow,etc.The most important is the structure of the project,in accordance with the "case-case analysis-case revelation" way of thinking research,which is benefit to explore its risks and benefits.The study on case income focuses on the participants of the special plan,and analyzes the different interest demands of the original stakeholders,plan managers and investors in this plan.And then risk and risk defense of financial enterprises is analyzed in this dissertation in four parts,which include credit risk,technical risk,environmental risk and moral risk.This paper takes Internet finance as a case to analyze,and constructs an analysis framework covering the benefits and risks of various participants in asset securitization,which is of reference significance to the potential benefits and risks that Internet financial enterprises may obtain in carrying out financial asset securitization business at the present stage.
