Research On The Formation Process Of Xi Jinping's Scientific And Technological Thought

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee,led by Xi Jinping,has attached great importance to scientific and technology work,and made a series of important statements and issued a string of major policy decisions and arrangements,as a result,Xi Jinping thought on science and technology has been gradually formed in practice,which not only the theoretical innovation of marxist thought on science and technology,but also provides a fundamental compliance for China to build itself into a powerful nation of science and technology.In recent years,academic circle has emerged a leading wave of study on Xi Jinping thought on science and technology,but it mainly focuses on the interpretation of connotation or the discussion of concrete content,which rarely involve the forming process of Xi Jinping thought on science and technology.Although some scholars come to its forming process,their studies,focusing on the later period of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,were relatively scattered and unsystematic.The paper,from the perspective of Party's history,analyzed the speeches and articles made by Xi Jinping in various periods,with the purpose of sorting out Xi Jinping's interrelated thesis on science and technology work,and mainly elaborated the forming process of Xi Jinping thought on science and technology.The paper had the following parts:The first part briefly discussed the background of the formation of Xi Jinping thought on science and technology,which mainly covered three aspects,that is,from the theoretical origin perspective,it is the inheritance and development of marxist thought on science and technology;From the perspective of history,it is the profound enlightenment to modern history of world;Seen from the background of the times,it is derived from the trend of world scientific and technological development and the present situation of China's scientific and technological development.The second part discusses the scientific and technological activities of Xi Jinping in his youth and his related discussions on science and technology from the early 1980 s to 2012.The article points out that this period is the theoretical preparation period for the formation of xi jinping thought on science and technology.The third part mainly summarizes the formation process of xi jinping thought on science and technology based on the three speeches delivered by xi jinping since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China around the work of science and technology in contemporary China.On this basis,the article summarizes the content of xi jinping thought on science and technology.The fourth part mainly expounded the characteristics and significance of Xi Jinping thought on science and technology.Xi jinping thought on science and technology has four characteristics,which are as follows: national character,epochal character,problem orientation,popular,sense of inheritance and innovation.The significance of Xi Jinping thought on science and technology includes both theoretical and practical aspects.The theoretical value of Xi Jinping thought on science and technology is not only an innovative development of Marxist scientific and technological thought in the new era,but also an important component of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.The practical significance of Xi Jinping thought on science and technology had pointed out the direction for China's scientific and technological innovation and development,as a result,a good atmosphere of attaching importance to science and technology had been formed nationwide,investment in science and technology had increased significantly,the scientific research results into a stronger force;transforming ability on scientific research achievements had been improved,so as to enhance the international influence of China's science and raise the China's voice in international science and technology.
